I used a 6" piece of 4" exhaust pipe (from NAPA) and a 4 1/2" "T" clamp (from NAPA) to attach a Fleetguard AH1141 (local International dealer orders them in for me) to the factory black rubber hose that originally attached to the air filter housing. The filter rests on the inner fender, kind of wedged between the brake master cylinder and the driver side battery. The intake air temperature sensor I wire tied to one of the fender braces, you can see it directly to the right of the air filter.

Main bumper is 8" channel that is 1" thick (measured it when I drilled to install license plate) as long as the tailgate is wide and fitted just below it. The "steps" are standard 8" channel welded to the bottom of the main bumper, boxed on the ends and extending just beyond the widest part of the fenders on both sides. The drop section reciever tube below the pintle hook is a purchased unit that has been reinforced. Mount brackets that run up the frame are 1/2" x 6" steel stock, main bumper is also braced with 1/2" x 2" steel stock. 5/16" chain hooks are welded to the main bumper on either side of the pintle hook for safety chains. Bumper weighs in at a hefty 450 lbs - I pity anyone who rearends this one, especially with my 6" drop drawbar that sticks out a foot or so. Trailer plug is 6 pin round wired for commercial trailers. See link on main page for trailer wiring for details. There is room for additional plugs for 4 pin flat, 6 pin round RV wiring and 7 blade RV but they are not installed yet.

CB radio installed in place of the ash tray. Nobody smokes in my truck.I removed the ashtray and the rails it rides on, reshaped the frame just a bit to make the radio fit and slid it in. I used a 90 degree adapter for the co-ax on the back so the antenna cable did not stick straight out the back of the radio. Co-ax runs under the dash to the left side of the cab, through the kick panel behind the left fender and up to the antenna mounted on the left side of the cowl just opposite the AM/FM antenna. Radio is held in place with a heavy zip tie, visible only if you are laying on the floor looking up at the bottom of the radio. The factory speaker is exposed and the radio is easily audible over engine and road noise even at freeway speeds.
